Every successful project begins with a clear understanding of the client’s needs and expectations. 

We begin with key stakeholder conversations and quick sketches to clarify the design direction for the project. Once a clear understanding is reached, a detailed project estimate is sent to the client for approval.

Once contracts are signed and production begins, we employ an agile workflow model; scheduling frequent pre-determined check-ins at key points to help limit misunderstandings, costly revisions, or wasted time. Frequent communication is the key to a smooth and profitable design process for both artist and client.

Once the scheduled design breakdowns and art comps are delivered and approved, the final production work for deliverables begins. At this point, most design choices and directions are resolved, and only minor adjustments here and there should be needed. *Additional revisions or changes in design direction or strategy made at this stage will incur additional costs. After the final elements are completed and approved by the client, the desired outputs and file formats are employed for a seamless, on-time delivery.
