Portraits for patriots

1.) Read and download the "Portraits for Patriots" informational packet from this website.

2.) Download and complete the submission form and questionnaire.

3.) Select one clear photo of your hero and images of three important items or special memories from their service to be used as reference elements to include in your portrait.

4.) Attach in an email, clear digital copies of your photos along with your completed submission form to: cookhousestudios.250@gmail.com 

5.) Once your submission has been received and reviewed for eligibility, a link will be sent to your email address with further information on how to complete the purchase of your special portrait.

• Cookhouse Studios reserves the right to reject submissions for any reason, including imagery depicting individuals whose actions, conduct, or circumstances, in the studio's reasonable judgment, conflict with the mission of honoring integrity, courage, sacrifice, and public service.
